eLCV demand is growing in Japan but short in domestic eLCV supply. If you’re aiming to enter Japan with your eLCV product, we can support with local market insights and opportunity sizing.
We have over 30 contacts with major last mile and logistics operators who show interest in eLCV products. We can support in generating leads before you commit to fully market entry.
Japan homologation requirements are challenging. However, we were able to obtain Japan homologation (MSV-TDS) in short time. We can provide homologation support for your eLCV products.
eLCV Import, PDI, Distribution
Import, PDI and distribution are key local activities to deliver to customer in time and quality. With our track record of 500 imported units, we can support you establish distribution process.
eLCV Customer Training
Key for smooth EV fleet ramp-up is training to drivers and fleet managers to use eLCVs correctly with daily maintenance. We know customer pain points and can provide effective customer training for successful ramp-up of EV fleet.
With track record of electrifying 1,000 depots, we will support set-up of charging infrastructure from site assessment to securing operational readiness to ensure customers can operate EV fleet from day one.
eLCV Aftersales Network
Minimizing downtime is critical for any fleets. In Japan 16 service workshops have been trained and ramped up to service our eLCVs. Adequate spare parts are stored locally to ensure quick supply. EV chargers are serviced directly by us.
eLCV Fleet Management
Maximizing uptime will be key to embrace full environmental and economic benefits of eLCV. Using vehicle data on vehicle usage and charging status, we will proactively engage to keep customers’ eLCV up and running.
